DEESCRIPTION: A robust and harmonious white wine that made its inaugural appearance in 2021.

The vineyard is located just a few meters form the sea, and the selection and harvesting of the grapes are carried out manually. Subsequently, a process of static and natural decantation takes place, preparing the must for fermentation. The refinement unfolds initially within steel tanks and then progresses to bottle aging, continuing for a minimum of four months.

Our viticulture adheres to organic standards, but we are committed to the greater challenge of bio-dynamic cultivation. Our vineyards have never been artificially irrigated nor enriched with any fertilizers.

ORGANOPLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: a straw-yellow hue, complemented by hints of greenish reflections, characterizes this wine. Its terroir is vividly expressed through the enchanting aromas of dried fruits, reminiscent of peanuts, almonds, and hazelnuts. Nuances of the sea, along with a light balsamic sensation, combine in a unique bouquet. Lively and savory, delicate in its velvety structure.

GASTRONOMIC COMBINATIONS: suitable to accompany risottos, fish courses, fried delicacies and white meats.
