DESCRIPTION:  From the intense gathering activity of nectar produced by the Eucalyptus camaldulensis plants in the coastal area of Culuccia Island, a honey with a unique and unrepeatable taste is derived. In its liquid state, Eucalyptus honey has an intense amber color which, due to the natural crystallization process, tends to lighten to acquire the typical beige-grayish hue. It releases a characteristic scent with a slight hint of licorice and a subtle smokiness. The taste, usually sweet and slightly salty, evokes olfactory sensations, adding finer and richer notes to the flavor, giving it good persistence and a medium intensity.
